At Framorist, we aim to deliver your frames safely, swiftly, and affordably across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details:

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes:
- 3–5 working days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.)
- 3–6 working days for other areas

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Coverage

We ship all over Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2499

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to follow your parcel in real time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel is received damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Delivery Hours

Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday during standard working hours (10 AM – 6 PM).
No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
